The suggested route is east from the lodge on Highway 150 and Texanna Road to Porum, south two miles on Highway 2, then around the lake via Highways 71, 9 and 69. This route is 66 miles in length with a 55 mile shortcut by turning right at an unmarked intersection just east of the Porum Landing Fire Department. If you would like a bit of a challenge, turn right at the Hall's Trailer Park sign 2 miles north of Enterprise for a challenging climb to the top of Brooken Mountain.
